Shipping Policy
Sade New York ships from New York, United States.
Most handmade and made-to-order items are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Personalized, embroidered, custom-sized, or custom logo orders may require additional production time depending on the design, quantity, and order details.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, embroidered, or made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible non-personalized items.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, clean, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchange requests are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Replacement timing may vary depending on product availability and handmade production schedules.
